Q. Is the footwear guaranteed?
R. Shoes and boots have a 1-year Warranty and sandals a 3-month Warranty, both against manufacturing defects. Claims must be accompanied with a proof of purchase. Please note that the warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

Q. Do you do repairs?
R. No, we do not offer this service.


Q. Can I return my footwear to another retailer?
R. Yes, if the other retailer agrees to the return. However, you must have in-hand a proof of purchase. If the merchant cannot assist you, please contact Merrell Canada Inc.


Q. Can I make an exchange for another model?
R. During an exchange for a warranty return through a retailer, we exchange the footwear for the same model as per stock availability. If stocks are not available, we issue a credit note to the store where the footwear has been returned.


Q. If the footwear is not comfortable, can I return it?
R. No. You cannot return footwear that is not comfortable. As such, it is very important that you try the footwear at length at the moment of purchase in a store. We accept warranty returns against manufacturing defects only.


Q. I no longer have my invoice. Can I still return my footwear?
R. Yes, but first check with your retailer if he can possibly trace your invoice in his computer system. If it proves impossible for him to do so, you will have to contact Merrell Canada Inc.


Q. Can I purchase Merrell footwear online?
R. No. You cannot purchase Merrell footwear online because we do not offer this service. Click on the retailer link on the welcoming page in order to locate a Merrell merchant.


Q. I am looking for sponsors or promotional products. Whom must I contact?
R. Please send a detailed request to our Marketing Department by email.


Q. I would like to apply for a job with Merrell Canada Inc. Are there any openings?
R. At this time, we do not have any openings. However you can send your CV along with your letter of presentation to our Human Resources Department. All job applications are kept for a one (1) year period.


Q. I own a store but do not as yet have an account with Merrell. Whom must I contact in order to obtain all necessary information?
R. Please contact Merrell Canada Inc.
